My Favorite Song

Well, the topic of this week was the favorite song, so let's go :)
As anyone I think, I have a lot of favorite songs, but definitely when I saw that I would write about       only one, the weirdest choice came to my mind instantly.
The song is called "Romance of lights and shadows" (Hikari to Kagen no Roman) by the female          japanese singer and composer Utoku Keiko and it was her ninth single released on May 14th, 1997.
This song was used as the third ending theme of the series "Detective Conan" and it talks about a           woman who is in love but had a lot of problems with that person, however, she yearns for him and         wishes to have a happy ending instead of the bad one, recollecting only the good things and forgetting    all the problems.
But this song is special for me not for the lyrics, but for another reason. Being so far away from my   family and my friends makes me a little sad frecuently and this song is like a remedy. When I was a child I used to watch Detective Conan with my older brother almost every day, and this particular is the only song I remember quite well from the show, and when I listen to it, I feel like a 5-year-old again, with my brother and watching the TV next to the kitchen. It gives me warmth and comfort because it´s like I remember all the past things and good memories when life was all about to play all day and watch anime with my brother.
    Have a good day!

  3. I don't really remember this song, I remembered the other ones, opening and ending. And, of course, songs always make us to remember moments, persons, places and memories. See you :)
